Three rare white Bengal tigers were on public
display at the Liberec Zoo in the Czech
Republic. The cubs, born in July to mother
Surya Bara, only became viewable to the public
recently. Liberec Zoo is the only zoo in the
country to have successfully bred and birthed
white tigers. They are rare in the wild because
they stand out in the jungle, hindering their
efforts to catch prey.
